Fluorescence Method Dissolved Oxygen Measurement Principle:
The dissolved oxygen sensor is coated with a fluorescent substance. When a blue light emitted by an LED light source illuminates the fluorescent material on the sensor surface, the material becomes excited and releases red light. The time interval between the emission of blue light and the release of red light is recorded. The higher the oxygen concentration in the water, the shorter the time taken to release red light. A correlation is established between the red light release time and dissolved oxygen concentration, and the instrument calculates the dissolved oxygen concentration by measuring the red light release time.
