Main Use: Anticholinergic antispasmodic. 
Description: Domperidone is a benzimidazole compound with strong prokinetic and antiemetic effects. It enhances lower esophageal sphincter tension to prevent gastroesophageal reflux, strengthens gastric motility, promotes gastric emptying, coordinates gastric and duodenal movements, inhibits nausea and vomiting, and effectively prevents bile reflux without affecting gastric acid secretion. This product is a peripheral dopamine receptor antagonist that directly blocks gastrointestinal dopamine receptors to exert prokinetic effects. It increases esophageal peristalsis and tension of the lower esophageal sphincter. Due to its poor penetration of the blood-brain barrier, it has almost no antagonistic effect on cerebral dopamine receptors, thereby excluding psychiatric and central nervous system side effects.

【Packaging Method】 Bulk goods: 25 kg/cardboard drum; sample packaging: double-layer plastic bags, or additional vacuum aluminum foil bags. Each drum has a net weight of 25 KG, gross weight of about 28 KG, diameter of 36-40 CM, and height of about 50 CM. The filling quantity per drum can also be adjusted to 10 KG, 15 KG, or 30 KG according to customer requirements. Inner packaging can also be replaced with smaller packages as needed for convenience.
