An impact crusher is a crushing machine that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the top of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high velocity with other stones distributed around the rotor in an umbrella-like pattern, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the casing, leading to repeated collisions, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the bottom. This process forms a closed-circuit multiple cycle, with the particle size controlled by screening equipment.
