Impeller Bucket Wheel Wind Wheel Sand Washing Machine for Sand Yards

During operation, the wheel sand washer's motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the coordinated work of the V-belt, reducer, and gear after deceleration. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feed chute, tumble under the impeller's drive, and grind against each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, while also achieving preliminary separation and dewatering of sand and water. Additionally, water is added during equipment operation to form a water flow vortex, which carries away impurities and lightweight foreign matter, discharging them from the overflow outlet of the washing tank, completing a set of cleaning process. The washed sand and gravel are carried away by the rotation of the wheel sand washer's impeller, and finally, the sand and gravel are poured into the discharge chute from the rotating impeller, completing the cleaning and retrieval process.
