The HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a main shaft fixed hydraulic cone crusher developed by integrating modern material technology and computer technology, inheriting and enhancing the design of the spring cone crusher. Compared to the domestic 2200 spring cone crusher, the main shaft fixed hydraulic HP series multi-cylinder cone crusher features higher input power, greater crushing force, faster rotation speed, higher finished product rate, and higher fine ore content, making it the preferred equipment for the "more crushing, less grinding" beneficiation process.
The HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher consists of six "tramp iron" release hydraulic cylinders and eight locking hydraulic cylinders. Its main structure includes the horizontal shaft, large and small bevel gears, main shaft, eccentric sleeve, spherical tile frame, spherical tile, moving cone assembly, fixed cone assembly, adjustment ring, and main frame. It has a simple and compact structure and can automatically adjust the discharge opening size.
During operation, the high-pressure motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate. The small gear at the end of the horizontal shaft drives the large gear mounted on the eccentric sleeve flange, which in turn drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate at high speed around the main shaft. The spherical bearing of the moving cone sits on the concave surface of the spherical tile at the top of the main shaft, while the lower bushing of the moving cone is fitted over the eccentric sleeve. The eccentric or gyratory motion of the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone through contact between the moving cone bushing and the eccentric sleeve. When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the ore is compressed and crushed, while the opposite side of the moving cone moves away from the fixed cone. At this point, the crushed ore is discharged from the bottom of the two cones by gravity.
