An impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high velocity with another part of the stones that are diverted in an umbrella pattern around the rotor, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the machine casing, leading to repeated collisions, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the bottom. This process forms a closed-circuit multiple cycle, with the particle size controlled by screening equipment to meet the required specifications.
