An impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that utilizes impact energy to break materials. This crushing equipment can handle various materials with a particle size of no more than 500 mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 360 MPa. (Typically used in the range of <150 MPa to 250 MPa.) It features a large crushing ratio, high crushing efficiency, and convenient maintenance. Its working principle involves stones falling directly from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high speed with another part of the stones that are diverted in an umbrella-shaped pattern around the rotor, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the machine casing, leading to multiple rounds of mutual striking, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the bottom. This forms a closed-circuit multiple-cycle process, with the particle size controlled by screening equipment.
