An impact crusher is a crushing machine that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high velocity with another part of the stones分流ed around the rotor in an umbrella-like pattern, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the machine casing, leading to repeated mutual strikes, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the lower part. This forms a closed-circuit multiple循环, with the particle size controlled by screening equipment to meet the required specifications.
