Water-based Aluminum Film Varnish 8503
This product is a newly developed high-tech environmentally friendly product using imported raw materials and special processes. It is suitable for transfer aluminum coating, aluminum film primer, aluminum foil coating, etc. It features excellent adhesion focus, high gloss, no bleeding, good wear resistance, strong adaptability to subsequent inks, safety and environmental protection, and a clear and glossy film coating. Complies with cigarette pack standards.
Product Features:
1. Good adhesion to PET film, aluminum foil, white card, and coated paper;
2. Excellent ink adaptability, strong adhesion, and good anti-adhesion properties;
3. High clarity of the coating film compared to similar products;
4. Good flexibility, fold resistance, and no ink bursting.
Specifications:
Appearance: Milky white liquid;
pH: 7-9;
Viscosity (Coating 4 Cup at 25°C): 15±3 seconds;
Solid Content: 30±2%;
Glass Transition Temperature: 53°C.
How to Use:
1. When using the machine, first clean the coating roller and machine tank, then prepare a diluent with jj: water (1:1), dilute with 15%-20% diluent, or adjust according to your own process;
2. Coating amount: 3-5g/m²;
3. Oven temperature: 100-110°C, baking time: about 10 seconds.

Storage: Seal and store away from light, protect from freezing;
Shelf Life: 6 months.
