Pure Water-based Sealing Glue Box Adhesive 6016

This product is a pure water-based sealing glue with low odor, safe and environmentally friendly. It is used for the adhesive bonding of paper boxes that have undergone processes such as laminating, oiling, and UV treatment. It is also suitable for window patching with films like PET and PVC, offering strong adhesion and fast bonding speed. It can be applied both manually and by machine, with high and low temperature resistance and quick initial positioning. It is an ideal product to replace oil-based yellow glue.

Performance Characteristics:

1. Strong adhesion, no glue failure, resistant to high and low temperatures after curing;

2. Water-based and environmentally friendly, safe and odorless;

3. High production efficiency, capable of running at 350 m/min without glue splashing or core sticking, with fast initial tack. On water-oil materials, paper tearing can be achieved in 30 seconds. Fiber breakage is visible immediately after the color boxes are glued and collected on the conveyor belt, allowing direct packing.

4. Wide application range, suitable for color box bonding with surface treatments such as film (glossy, matte), varnish, gold/silver card paper, laser paper, as well as window patching with PET, PVC, and other films.

5. High cost-effectiveness, saving 30% in usage compared to similar glues.
