Other Products
DY-8 is a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer with moderate melt mass flow rate and medium viscosity, belonging to thermoplastic fluororesins. This resin is resistant to most chemical media and possesses excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance, and radiation resistance. Compared to similar grades of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer products, DY-8 resin offers better high-temperature thermal stability.
DY-8 resin can be processed into various specifications of pipe fittings, pumps, valves, fillers, films, and other components using processing methods such as extrusion and injection molding. The processing temperature generally ranges between 180°C and 300°C, depending on the processing method. Vinylidene fluoride homopolymer begins to decompose slightly above 300°C, producing hydrogen fluoride gas.

Precautions
1. DY-8 should be packaged in polyethylene plastic bags, then sealed in outer packaging bags, with a net content of 25 kg per bag. Packaging can also be customized according to user requirements.
2. DY-8 should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse.
3. During transportation, avoid severe vibration and moisture exposure.
4. This product should avoid processing or use above 370°C to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
