Self-discharging Electromagnetic Separator (RCDD) is a self-cooling automatic iron removal device. This separator significantly increases the number of coil turns N while ensuring the main parameter IN (which determines the separator's performance) remains unchanged, thereby reducing the current density I (I=i.S) and substantially decreasing the heat generated by the coil. The temperature rise of the separator is controlled within 70 degrees Celsius, extending its service life.
The main body of this separator adopts a fully sealed structure, making it suitable for outdoor and harsh environments. It replaces belt transmission with a cycloidal pin reducer, ensuring reliable operation, easy adjustment, and simple maintenance.Applications of the Self-discharging Electromagnetic Separator:

Working Principle of the Self-discharging Electromagnetic Separator:
The Self-discharging Electromagnetic Separator consists of a frame and the electromagnetic separator body. The frame is equipped with a drive roller, driven roller, and support rollers. An iron discharge belt runs around the electromagnetic separator body via these rollers. A condenser is installed above the electromagnetic separator body and is connected to the inner cavity of the separator through oil pipes. An oil pump is connected to the oil pipes, forming an oil circulation system. An oil conservator connected to the inner cavity of the electromagnetic separator is installed on one side of the condenser. It adopts a forced oil circulation heat exchange method combined with fan cooling, resulting in excellent cooling performance, significantly enhanced magnetic force, compact structure, stable operation, and safe and reliable use. It is particularly suitable for industries such as coal, ports, and power, where large flow rates, thick materials, and high iron removal requirements are needed. The dry electromagnetic separator core is made hollow and penetrates the yoke. Heat dissipation rings made of non-magnetic materials can be arranged longitudinally between the windings. Multiple heat dissipation fins made of magnetic materials are welded onto the separator's outer cover. The heat dissipation effect is significant, greatly reducing the operating temperature of the separator.
