Simulated Shock Wave Impact Characteristic Dynamic Testing DeviceVibration Impact Testing Device

Vertical Direction Shock Wave Impact Dynamic Response TestingFrequency Control 5-60Hz

I. DeviceIntroduction

This simulated shock wave impact characteristic dynamic testing device is specifically designed for small specimens with a maximum load of 60kg (such as electronic components, precision mechanical parts, and small structural elements). It can simulate various shock wave impacts in the vertical direction, including sine waves, square waves, and triangular waves. By precisely controlling frequency and displacement amplitude, it captures the dynamic responses of specimens during impact (such as acceleration, displacement, and stress), used to evaluate the impact resistance, dynamic stiffness, and fatigue life of specimens. It meets the research and quality testing needs of fields such as electronics, automotive parts, and aerospace small components.

II. Technical Parameters

Shock Wave Simulation Parameters:

Maximum load: 60kg;

Vibration direction: Vertical direction (up and down vibration, simulating gravity direction impact);

Frequency control:

Manual frequency adjustment: 5-60Hz (continuously adjustable, step size 0.1Hz);

Automatic frequency sweep: 5-60Hz (sweep rate adjustable from 0.1-1Hz/s);

Displacement amplitude: 0-5mm when unloaded (continuously adjustable, amplitude accuracy ±0.05mm under load);

Waveform types: Sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, half-sine wave, and post-peak sawtooth wave, with support for custom waveforms;

Waveform accuracy: Waveform distortion ≤3% (within full scale range).

Dynamic Testing Parameters:

Acceleration measurement: Equipped with piezoelectric acceleration sensors (range 0-1000m/s², accuracy ±1% FS), sampling frequency 1kHz-10kHz;

Displacement measurement: Laser displacement sensor (measurement range 0-10mm, accuracy ±0.01mm), real-time monitoring of specimen vibration displacement;

Data acquisition channels: 8-channel synchronous acquisition (expandable to 16 channels), supporting synchronous recording of multiple parameters such as force, acceleration, displacement, and strain.

Control and Operation Parameters:

Control modes: Displacement control and acceleration control (seamless switching between the two modes);

Impact cycles: 0-1 million cycles (presettable, automatic counting, stops after reaching the set number);

Operating noise: ≤75dB (unloaded state);

Power requirements: AC220V±10%, 50Hz, rated power ≤2kW.

III. Test Procedure

1. Specimen preparation: Secure the specimen (such as small electronic modules or mechanical parts) onto the worktable, ensuring firm installation (to avoid loosening during vibration), and attach acceleration sensors (if measuring specimen acceleration response is required).

2. Parameter setup: On the control system touchscreen, select waveform type (e.g., sine wave), frequency (e.g., 30Hz), displacement amplitude (e.g., 3mm), impact cycles (e.g., 100,000 cycles), and set data acquisition parameters (sampling frequency 5kHz).

3. Pre-run: Start the device for 10 low-amplitude vibrations (50% of the set amplitude), check if sensor signals are normal and the specimen is stable, then proceed to the formal test after confirmation.

4. Dynamic testing: The device operates according to preset parameters, displaying real-time vibration waveforms, frequency, displacement amplitude, and cumulative cycles. The data acquisition system synchronously records acceleration and displacement data.

5. Test completion: After reaching the preset number of impact cycles, the device automatically stops, and the software generates a test report (including time-domain waveform graphs, frequency-domain spectrum graphs, and characteristic parameter tables), analyzing the dynamic response patterns of the specimen under shock wave impact.
