I. Equipment Introduction
The Axle Braking Side-slip Test Device is primarily used to simulate the stress conditions and side-slip phenomena of axles during braking under various driving conditions. It accurately tests axle braking performance indicators and side-slip measurements to ensure vehicle driving safety and stability. This device is suitable for performance testing of axles in various automobiles, commercial vehicles, buses, etc.
II. Features
1. This machine is widely used for low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue tests on various axle materials and components.
2. The device can perform static mechanical performance experiments on axle suspension systems, measure force-displacement data, and plot force-displacement curves. It can also conduct fatigue tests on suspension systems. Test results can be statistically analyzed, saved, and printed.
3. The electro-hydraulic servo frame vertical bending fatigue testing machine mainly consists of a host frame (equipped with one ±100kN servo linear actuator), its hydraulic drive module, a constant pressure servo central pump station (flow rate 90L/min, system pressure 21MPa), two sets of oil distributors, a full digital dual-channel servo controller, computer printer, related testing software, and other necessary accessories.
