I. Equipment Introduction
The coupling diaphragm fatigue testing machine is used to test the fatigue performance of coupling diaphragms under the combined action of tension, bending, and torsion dynamic loads. It evaluates the working life of coupling diaphragms. This testing machine can simulate the complex load conditions that couplings experience in actual working environments, thereby assessing their fatigue life and reliability.

3. Data Processing: Dedicated software automatically collects and analyzes data, generating various curves and reports, improving test efficiency and the accuracy of data processing.

IV. Test Procedure
4.1 Sample Preparation
Select coupling diaphragm samples, measure their dimensions, and clean the surfaces.
4.2 Sample Installation
Connect the diaphragm to the front flange and rear flange using bolts. Use a torque wrench when tightening the bolts to ensure reliable connection.
4.3 Parameter Setting
Open the control software, enter the test parameter setting interface, and select the test type (e.g., tension-torsion composite fatigue, bending-torsion composite fatigue, etc.). Input force values and set parameters.
4.4 Test Operation
Click the "Start" button in the software. The equipment begins operation according to the set parameters, applying the corresponding loads. When the cycle count reaches the preset value or the diaphragm fractures (load suddenly drops below 50% of the set value), the equipment automatically stops and records data such as the cycle count at shutdown and the final load.
4.5 Data Processing and Analysis
After the test, the software automatically saves test data (including time, load, torque, displacement, strain, etc.), generates fatigue life curves (S-N curves), load-displacement cycle curves, and outputs test reports.
