I. Equipment Introduction

Sample Preparation

Use molds with dimensions not less than 300mm x 300mm x 12mm and 170mm x 170mm x 12mm to injection mold thermal barrier adhesive plates. After placing them at room temperature for 168 hours,

prepare the samples using machining methods such as cutting or punching.
