Switch Machine Actuator Rod, Locking Rod Locking Force and Disengagement Force Test

I. Equipment Introduction

The Railway Switch Machine Disengagement Force Testing Machine is used to detect the performance of switch machines under external pressure. It can perform disengagement force tests, including force value, displacement, and disengagement process tests, for squeezable ZD6 and ZD(J)9 series AC/DC electric switch machines. Additionally, this machine can test the shear force value, displacement, and failure time of shear pins during the shearing process.

Switch Machine Actuator Rod, Locking Rod Locking Force and Disengagement Force Test: When the switch machine is in the locked position, an external force is slowly applied from zero to the actuator rod and locking rod in the direction of the switch machine's operation until the lock completely fails. The maximum external force during this process is the disengagement force.

III. Features

1. The test bench has manual testing and intelligent testing functions; the testing software includes virtual instruments and manual operation panel buttons. During testing, the software can display real-time force values and has a peak locking function. The intelligent testing mode can automatically complete the switch machine disengagement test.

2. During the testing process, disengagement force and displacement data are displayed in curves, with cursor capture functionality, and can be saved. The system is clear and intuitive, with functions such as historical data review, graphical analysis, and data analysis. It also has the function of printing test result reports.

3. The equipped specialized tooling can achieve disengagement force testing for switch machine components, making it convenient and efficient.

4. The load bench and control console are equipped with adjustment buttons to control the extension and retraction of the cylinder, facilitating the installation and adjustment of the switch machine. "Normal" and "Reverse" switch machine control buttons are also provided, with AC/DC switch machine operation adjustment functionality.
