I. Product Introduction

Supported roadways refer to the type of roadway reinforced and strengthened using mining support techniques in coal mines and other mining operations. Reinforcement is achieved through the use of various materials such as steel, prestressed anchor rods, polymer materials, and shotcrete materials.

This system is used to simulate the stress environment of surrounding rock in deep roadways and conduct mechanical performance and synergy tests on support structures (such as anchor rods/anchor nets, yielding supports, grouting reinforcement, etc.), providing a basis for optimizing roadway support design. It is applicable to fields such as mining and underground engineering.

II. Functional Features:

1. Can test the failure conditions of different roadway cross-sections.

2. Can test the failure conditions of roadways under uniform or non-uniform forces from all sides.

3. Can test the failure conditions when surrounding rock is added around the roadway cross-section.

4. Can obtain stress-strain curves for different hydraulic cylinders on all sides.
