I. Product Introduction:
The Welded Rail Static Load Bending Testing Machine is equipment used to detect the static bending mechanical properties of welded rails. It is used for static bending tests on flash-welded rails, thermite-welded rails, and pressure-welded rails for railway welding, testing mechanical properties such as the bearing capacity of rail welded joints, failure test force, and deflection deformation.
This equipment complies with the TB/T1632.1-2014 standard for rail welding, Part 1: General technical conditions. It is mainly used to test the maximum bearing capacity, failure test force, deflection deformation, and other mechanical properties of welded rail joints. The equipment typically adopts an electro-hydraulic servo system, featuring high-precision measurement and a stable four-column frame structure, capable of meeting high-intensity testing requirements.
