I. Product Introduction
The Parallel Four-Bar Linkage Loading Test System utilizes the motion characteristics of the parallel four-bar linkage mechanism to achieve high-precision dynamic/static loading on specimens. It is suitable for material mechanical property testing, structural fatigue testing, mechanism kinematics analysis, and other scenarios. It is primarily used for mechanical loading tests and scientific research experiments in civil engineering-related disciplines. It facilitates mechanical performance tests on components such as concrete beams, concrete structural frames, walls, steel trusses, etc., and can also be used for column, beam, truss, frame, and joint tests.
Principle of the Parallel Four-Bar Linkage Mechanism:
The parallel four-bar linkage mechanism consists of two equal-length driving and driven rods connected by hinges to form a parallelogram. When the driving rod moves, the driven rod maintains parallel motion, and the loading point achieves linear trajectory movement.

Constructed from high-strength alloy steel welding, stress-relieved through annealing treatment, with a frame stiffness ≥10^6 N/mm;
Base dimensions: 3m × 2m × 1.5m, surface flatness ≤0.05 mm/m, equipped with damping pads (natural frequency <5 Hz).
Parallel Four-Bar Linkage Mechanism:
Link parameters: Driving/Driven rod length 500-1000mm (adjustable), cross-section dimensions 50mm × 80mm, material 42CrMo (yield strength ≥930 MPa);
Hinge design: Utilizes self-lubricating spherical plain bearings, radial load capacity ≥500 kN, friction coefficient <0.05.
Loading Actuation Unit:
Hydraulic loading (suitable for high loads):
Servo cylinder (bore 120mm, stroke 500mm), maximum thrust 200 kN, speed 0-100 mm/s;
Electro-hydraulic servo valve, response frequency ≥100 Hz, flow rate 100 L/min.
Electric loading (suitable for high precision):
Servo motor (power 30 kW) + ball screw (lead 20mm), maximum thrust 50 kN, positioning accuracy ±0.01 mm.
