15-ton Thermal Mortar Pull-off Testing Machine

I. Equipment Introduction

This instrument is a new type of equipment designed and manufactured by Jinan Xulian Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., referencing the structure of similar foreign products. It is used for multi-group batch testing of the pull-off strength of mortar and other bonding materials. It is suitable for tensile and bonding strength tests of dry-mixed mortar, thermal insulation materials, ceramic wall and floor tile adhesives, multi-layer architectural coatings, and exterior wall putty. It is applicable in factories, construction engineering quality inspection stations, construction companies, product quality inspection institutes, research institutions, universities, on-site road and bridge projects, production inspection, development research, and other fields.

In building material testing, it is extremely necessary to test the tensile bonding strength between architectural veneer tiles, mosaics, bonding mortar, and other decorative materials, as well as between insulation boards and concrete. If the adhesion strength of architectural veneers is insufficient, it not only affects aesthetics and usability but also easily leads to accidents.

II. Product Introduction and Features:

· The entire machine adopts linear guides, allowing flexible and quick alignment of test blocks in forward, backward, left, and right directions before conducting pull-off tests.

· Equipped with a microcomputer closed-loop control system and servo motor drive, it allows setting the tensile speed or using a constant load method for pull-off tests on specimens. Data collection is more intuitive and convenient, facilitating detailed analysis and statistics.

· The device features a high degree of automation, intelligent and precise measurement and control, high testing efficiency, and performance and quality comparable to imported German pull-off testing machines.

IV. Test Method
  Specimen Preparation: Prepare corresponding standard specimens following relevant test procedures
· Adhere standard test blocks to the base plate according to relevant standards.

· After curing, attach the calibrated pull-off block to the standard test block using epoxy resin.

· After the epoxy resin has cured and developed strength, push the base plate with the attached standard specimens into the movable metal frame.

· Secure the base plate with the tightening handle, then move the movable test head to align the pull-off pin head vertically with the fixture.

· Insert the round cap of the pin head into the slot of the fixture to begin the pull-off test.

After-Sales Service

The equipment is considered formally delivered after the ordering party's official acceptance. The warranty period for the equipment is one year from the date of formal delivery. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely and free repair services for any malfunctions. Any non-human-induced part damage will be replaced promptly and free of charge. For malfunctions occurring after the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely on-site service and actively assist the ordering party in completing maintenance.
