I. Product Introduction:
The tow pin fatigue testing machine is primarily used for fatigue life testing of components such as tow pins in various trailer coupling devices. It performs mechanical property tests including tensile fatigue, fracture fatigue, durability fatigue, fatigue life, and reciprocating fatigue, meeting the standard requirements of "GB/T15088-2009 Strength Test for Tow Pins of Road Vehicles".
As a critical metal standard component connecting tractors and trailers, tow pins endure complex loads over extended periods. Conducting fatigue tests helps evaluate their reliability and durability in practical use, ensuring the driving safety of road vehicles.

III. Test Requirements
Static Strength Test: Apply specified load to the tow pin and check for permanent deformation or damage affecting usability. For example, for a specific specification tow pin, load to a certain force as per standard, maintain for the specified duration, then measure deformation. If deformation exceeds the specified value, it is deemed unqualified.
Dynamic Strength Test: Simulate actual usage conditions by applying alternating loads to the tow pin. The test frequency upper limit is 25Hz. After a certain number of cyclic loadings, check for fatigue damage in the tow pin. If crack propagation, fracture, etc., occur during the test, it is deemed unqualified.
IV. Test Procedure
Preparation: Connect the tow pin with the corresponding equipment as required and install it on the test device, ensuring secure installation and accurate positioning.
Static Strength Test: Slowly apply static load to the specified value at the standard-defined speed and loading method, maintain for the specified time, then unload. Inspect and record the appearance and deformation of the tow pin.
Dynamic Strength Test: Set test device parameters such as loading waveform, frequency, load range, etc. Perform cyclic loading test according to the set program. Monitor the tow pin status in real-time during the test. Stop after reaching the specified number of cycles and check for any fatigue damage.
Result Determination: Evaluate the test results based on the standard's criteria for deformation amount, degree of damage, etc. Only qualified tow pins can be used in relevant road vehicles.
