Idlers: Utilizing proprietary technology introduced from Germany, we use high-precision (wall thickness difference, roundness) high-frequency welded pipes to meet high-speed requirements. The bearing housing is stamped from steel plates, making it not only lightweight but also possessing certain elastic deformation, which benefits the idler shaft's bending resistance. The use of large-clearance bearings allows the idler shaft to operate within normal deflection ranges, reducing friction resistance. The unique sealing structure, consisting of double seals and an oil chamber, meets requirements for dustproof, rainproof (water-resistant), high-temperature resistant, and cold-resistant environments.

The hub and shaft are connected using a double-cone annular locking device (expansion sleeve), which not only solves the long-standing technical difficulty of machining double keyways on the shaft but also enhances shaft strength, making the structure compact and easy to install. Additionally, it allows for overall stress relief heat treatment of the drum, eliminating internal stresses.

b. The manufacturing quality requirements for drums are high. Circumferential and longitudinal welds must undergo non-destructive testing, and the casting quality of the hub is inspected using magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing. The drum also undergoes stress relief heat treatment after assembly welding and static balance testing after final assembly. Only through strict processing at each step can the advanced structure be realized.

Steel processing and structural manufacturing: In belt conveyor manufacturing, steel processing and manufacturing are crucial, as they affect the overall performance and lifespan of the conveyor. The manufacturing of cast-welded structure drums strictly follows requirements for processes such as cutting, curving, assembly welding, non-destructive testing, stress relief, rubber lining, assembly, and static balance testing. Advanced single-sided welding double-sided forming technology is used for circumferential welds and longitudinal welds of small-diameter drums, ensuring weld quality. The elimination of welding stresses and unbalanced factors ensures the normal operation of large tension drums.
