3. Abrasive Recovery and Recycling: After blasting, abrasives are collected by a recovery system at the bottom (such as screw conveyors, pneumatic recovery devices). They are then separated from impurities via separation equipment (screening, magnetic separation) and reintroduced into the blasting system for reuse.
4. Dust Removal and Purification: Dust generated inside the room is collected and filtered by a negative pressure dust removal system (e.g., baghouse dust collectors, cartridge dust collectors). Purified air is discharged meeting standards, ensuring a clean working environment.
