Product Introduction

The PP exhaust gas scrubber is a new type of industrial waste gas treatment equipment. It is an improved version based on floating packing layer industrial exhaust gas purifiers and is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial waste gas treatment and dust removal, offering excellent purification effects. It is currently a commonly used and practical treatment device for acid and alkaline waste gas. PP exhaust gas scrubbers are mainly divided into two types: packed towers and cyclonic scrubbers. Packed towers are relatively more widely used, while cyclonic scrubbers can be selected when there is a high amount of dust in the exhaust gas. PP exhaust gas scrubbers feature simple structure, low energy consumption, and high purification efficiency, effectively removing water-soluble gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrocyanic acid gas (HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), and formaldehyde (HCHO). Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, passes through the packing layer, and undergoes full gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated and demisted by demisting plates before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed downward from the top, then recirculated back to the bottom for reuse. The purified acid mist waste gas meets national emission standards.

It simultaneously achieves triple effects: dust removal, waste gas purification, and deodorization.
