Shandong Meian Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.'s Coal Mine Major Equipment Perception Data System primarily collects and converts monitoring data from main ventilation fans, main drainage systems, vertical shaft hoisting, inclined shaft hoisting, air compressors, and winches. This data is pushed to the dispatch room in text file format, all generated according to the "Access Detailed Rules."

The platform's basic management focuses on highly configurable settings for OPC Server, collection frequency, file generation frequency, tag association information, abnormal data information, file generation paths, and FTP upload paths, facilitating customer maintenance and management of the interactive platform.

Unattended Monitoring System for Hoist Winch Operating Parameters

It enables real-time monitoring of loading, hoisting, and unloading equipment, including the main (and auxiliary) vertical shaft hoist monitoring system and the main shaft loading/unloading automation system. Monitored data includes the hoist's start/stop status, number of lifts, rotation speed, position and speed of the hoisting container; main motor current, voltage, active power, winding temperature, brake shoe clearance, bearing temperature; protection devices, braking system, hydraulic station, lubrication system, vibration data (motor, reducer, drum, sheave, bearing), wire rope status, cooling device status, and temperature data (bearings, hydraulic station, lubricating oil station, high-voltage switchgear).

Main Ventilation Fan Monitoring System

It achieves remote start/stop and online monitoring of the mine's main ventilation fans, featuring alarm and information display functions. Monitoring data includes wind pressure, wind speed, air volume, vibration, motor current, motor voltage, rotation speed and power, motor stator winding temperature, and bearing temperature.

Unattended Mine Drainage Monitoring System

It monitors the working status of underground drainage system equipment and enables monitoring and automatic control of the underground pump drainage system. Data includes water sump level, flow rate, flow velocity, pressure (including pipeline pressure, vacuum pump negative pressure, etc.), equipment temperature (pump bearing temperature, motor winding and bearing temperature, etc.), vibration, current, voltage, power, and other analog data; switch status data for pumps, valves, vacuum pumps, and water-proof doors; cumulative data such as drainage volume, active power consumption, and pump operating time.

Unattended Remote Centralized Control System for Air Compressors

It performs online monitoring and control of air compressor working status, including data on temperature, pressure, current, voltage, power, and equipment start/stop status.
