Non-negative pressure water supply equipment is a water supply system composed of a pipe network superposed pressure (non-negative pressure) device, pump sets, and a control cabinet. The flow stabilization device is divided into open and closed types. The open flow regulator is a stainless steel water tank (referred to as tank-type non-negative pressure water supply equipment), while the closed flow regulator is a stainless steel stabilization tank (referred to as canister-type non-negative pressure water supply equipment). The system equipment is connected in series at points where the municipal water supply network pressure is insufficient. The equipment detects the outlet pressure through pressure sensors, compares the detected value with the set value, calculates the additional pressure required based on the original pressure of the municipal water supply network, and determines the number of pumps to operate and the output frequency of the frequency converter (reflected as the speed of the motor and pump) to achieve constant pressure according to the water usage curve. Non-negative pressure frequency conversion water supply equipment maximizes the use of the original pressure of the municipal water supply network, does not generate negative pressure in the municipal water supply network, replaces old-style water pools with stainless steel tanks or stabilization tanks, reduces secondary water pollution, and is a new generation of energy-saving product in the water supply field.

1. The non-negative pressure system is directly connected to the municipal water supply network for water extraction and pressurization without causing negative pressure in the municipal water supply network. 2. Pressure borrowing (or superposed pressure): During operation, the equipment utilizes the pressure of the municipal water supply network and increases pressure on this basis. Compared to drawing water from ordinary storage pools, it can reduce the number of pumps or lower the speed to achieve energy savings.
3. Maintaining constant pressure: The pressure equipment detects the outlet pressure in real-time through pressure sensors, compares and calculates the detected value with the set value, and determines the number of motors and pumps to operate and the output frequency of the frequency converter (reflected as the speed of the motor and pump) to achieve constant pressure water supply.
4. Water supply continues during power outages: When the power supply line fails, the system uses methods such as 747D and bypass to ensure uninterrupted water supply, meaning the system automatically switches to municipal water pressure supply during a power outage.
5. High automation: The system can achieve fully automatic control, with functions such as manual/automatic switching, timed rotation of main and auxiliary pumps, pressure adjustment, constant pressure, high and low voltage protection, phase loss protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheating protection, water shortage protection, shutdown when no water is used, and instant trip protection. Additionally, it can be configured with a human-machine interface according to user needs for visual remote adjustment, monitoring, and maintenance.
6. Hygiene: All wetted parts are made of food-grade materials such as stainless steel, complying with international water hygiene standards.
7. Saves investment: The system does not have civil water storage facilities such as reservoirs, saving floor space and reducing building load compliance, thus greatly reducing investment costs.

Moreover, since there are no civil water storage facilities such as reservoirs or water quality treatment instruments, it eliminates the need for regular cleaning and disinfection, further reducing operating costs.
