*The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with the hot water temperature not lower than 110℃.

*The product is equipped with a control system developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It can automatically adjust the outlet air temperature and air volume of the equipment based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring the comfort and safety of the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.

II. Technical Advantages

  *Due to the extremely low temperatures in mines during winter, freezing can occur, posing production safety risks. Our company developed the air heating unit to address this issue; it is a mine ventilation and heating equipment. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature above 2℃, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

  *An air heating chamber is set up nearby. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The air intake of the air heating unit faces the intake window of the air heating chamber, and the outlet is connected via a duct to deliver the heated air. The automatic control system ensures that the mixed temperature of the hot air and natural intake air is maintained between 2-2.5℃.
