*This equipment is a heating and ventilation device specifically developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Group Co., Ltd. for industrial and mining enterprises. It features stable performance, long service life, and a high degree of automation.
*The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than110°C.
*The product is equipped with a control system developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It can automatically adjust the outlet air temperature and air volume according to changes in ambient temperature, ensuring comfort and safety in the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.
II. Technical Advantages
*Due to the extremely low temperature at the mine shaft entrance in winter, freezing may occur, posing production safety risks. To address this issue, our company developed the air heating unit, which is a mine ventilation and heating device. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance above2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.
*An air heating chamber is set up near the shaft entrance. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The air intake of the unit faces the intake window of the chamber, and the outlet is connected via a duct to deliver heated air to the shaft entrance. An automatic control system ensures that the mixed temperature of heated air and natural intake air remains between2-2.5°C.

*Thanks to the highly automated and integrated air heating equipment, the outlet air temperature remains constant, keeping the ventilation temperature within a safe operating range. This avoids the issue of substandard ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance, which often occurs in conventional air heater designs due to unstable heat media or performance degradation of heat transfer components, thereby eliminating production safety hazards.
2. Automatic Operation, Enabling Unmanned Monitoring
*The air heating unit is equipped with an intelligent electric temperature control valve that strictly regulates the outlet air temperature by automatically adjusting steam flow. The computer control cabinet includes a variable frequency adjustment device for the fan, which automatically regulates the air output based on signals from mixed temperature sensors, ensuring the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance always operates within the specified range.
3. Long Service Life with Consistent Overall Performance
*Conventional air heaters often experience performance degradation after several years of use due to oxidation of heat transfer components or other reasons, leading to operational failures. Hot air furnaces also suffer from shorter lifespans over time due to oxidation and corrosion during idle periods. Although the heat exchange components in air heating units may also experience operational degradation, the issue is mitigated by the automatic control system adjusting ventilation air volume, ensuring long-term safety of ventilation facilities. Additionally, air heating units are corrosion-resistant, resulting in a longer service life. With high-stability components, the service life of air heating units can exceed10 years.

*In traditional air heater systems, manual control often leads operators to set the shaft entrance operating temperature at5°C or higher to prevent risks from low temperatures. This results in energy consumption2-3 times higher than the optimal operating condition of2-2.5°C.
5. Highly Integrated Electromechanical Structure for Easy Installation, Maintenance, and Management
*The air heating unit integrates high-performance heat transfer components, fans, and an automated control system into a cohesive unit, simplifying installation, operation, and maintenance.
*Inlet air temperature, outlet air temperature, shaft entrance temperature, and heat media temperature are all displayed on the LCD panel of the control cabinet, making all parameters clear at a glance. Additionally, data can be remotely transmitted via anR485 interface, enabling computer-based remote monitoring and greatly facilitating management.
*Multiple units at each shaft entrance share a single computer control cabinet, which automatically starts, shuts down, and alternates operation based on actual needs.
