I. Introduction to Air Heating Units

*This equipment is an advanced heating and ventilation device specifically developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for industrial and mining enterprises. It features stable performance, long service life, high efficiency and energy savings, diversified control, and a high degree of automation, making it a high-tech product in the ventilation and heating industry.

*The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with the hot water temperature not lower than 110°C.

*The product is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It can automatically adjust the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in environmental temperature, ensuring the comfort and safety of the production environment while saving significant energy consumption. The core heating components of the equipment can be made of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper tubes for users to choose from.

II. Technical Advantages

*Due to the extremely low temperature at mine shafts in winter, which may cause freezing at the shaft entrance, our company developed the air heating unit to address this issue. It is a specialized equipment for mine ventilation and heating. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance above 2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

*An air heating chamber is set up near the shaft entrance. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The air intake of the unit faces the intake window of the air heating chamber, and the outlet delivers heated air to the shaft entrance through ducts. The automatic control system ensures that the mixed temperature of heated air and natural intake air remains between 2-2.5°C.
