*The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than 110°C.

*The product is equipped with a control system developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It can automatically adjust the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring the comfort and safety of the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.

 

II. Technical Advantages

  *Due to the extremely low temperature at the mine shaft entrance in winter, freezing may occur, posing production safety risks. To address this issue, our company developed the air heating unit, which serves as a mine ventilation and heating device. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance above 2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

  *An air heating chamber is installed near the shaft entrance. The air heating unit is installed within this chamber. The intake of the air heating unit faces the intake window of the air heating chamber, and the outlet delivers heated air to the shaft entrance via ducting. An automatic control system ensures the mixed temperature of heated and natural intake air remains between 2-2.5°C.

 

III. Technical Features

1. Stable Performance and Safe Operation

*Thanks to the highly automated and integrated air heating equipment, the outlet air temperature remains constant, keeping the ventilation temperature within safe operational limits. This avoids the issue of substandard ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance, which can occur in conventional air heater designs due to unstable heat media or performance degradation of heat transfer components, thereby eliminating production safety hazards.

2. Automatic Operation, Enabling Unmanned Monitoring

*The air heating unit is equipped with an intelligent electric temperature control valve that strictly regulates the outlet air temperature by automatically adjusting steam flow. The computer control cabinet includes a variable frequency drive for the fan, which automatically adjusts the air output based on signals from mixed temperature sensors, ensuring the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance remains within the specified range.

3. Long Service Life with Consistent Overall Performance

*Conventional air heaters often suffer from performance degradation after several years of use due to oxidation of heat transfer components or other reasons, leading to operational failures. Hot air furnaces also experience shorter lifespans over time due to oxidation and corrosion during idle periods. While the heat exchange components in air heating units may also degrade, the automatic control system compensates by adjusting ventilation airflow, ensuring long-term safety of the ventilation system. Additionally, air heating units are corrosion-resistant, resulting in a longer service life. With high-stability components, the service life of air heating units can exceed 10 years.

4. Excellent Energy Efficiency

*Due to automatic intelligent control, energy consumption is strictly aligned with ventilation requirements at the shaft entrance, resulting in steam consumption that is only 1/2 of that of conventional air heaters.

*In traditional air heater systems, manual control often leads operators to set the operating temperature at the shaft entrance to 5°C or higher to prevent risks from low temperatures. This results in energy consumption that is 2-3 times higher than the optimal operational energy consumption of 2-2.5°C.

5. Highly Integrated Electromechanical Structure for Easy Installation, Maintenance, and Management

*The air heating unit integrates high-performance heat transfer components, fans, and an automated control system into a cohesive unit, simplifying installation, operation, and maintenance.

*Inlet air temperature, outlet air temperature, shaft entrance temperature, and heat media temperature are all displayed on the LCD panel of the control cabinet, providing clear visibility of all parameters. Additionally, data can be remotely transmitted via an R485 interface, enabling computer-based remote monitoring and greatly facilitating management.

*Multiple units at each shaft entrance share a single computer control cabinet, which automatically starts, shuts down, and alternates operation based on actual needs.
