3. Working principle of buried integrated sewage treatment equipment

The SH-WSZ series sewage treatment equipment removes organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen mainly relying on the A/O biological treatment process within the equipment. The working principle involves two stages: in the first stage, due to the high concentration of organic matter in the sewage, microorganisms are in an anoxic state, acting as facultative microorganisms. They convert organic nitrogen in the sewage into NH3-N while using organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO2-N and NH3-N into N2. Additionally, they utilize organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cell material. Thus, the first stage not only removes organic matter, reducing the organic load on the subsequent aerobic tank to facilitate nitrification, but also completes denitrification by leveraging the high concentration of organic matter in the raw water, ultimately eliminating nitrogen eutrophication pollution. In the O stage, although the organic matter concentration has significantly decreased, a small amount of organic matter is decomposed into CO2 and H2O. Autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use inorganic carbon produced from organic matter decomposition or CO2 from the air as a nutrient source to convert NH3-N in the sewage into NO2-N and NO3-N. Part of the effluent from the O stage is recirculated to the first stage to provide an electron acceptor, ultimately eliminating nitrogen pollution through denitrification.

4. Features of buried integrated sewage treatment equipment

1. The WSZ series sewage treatment equipment can be buried underground, with the surface usable for greening or as a plaza, thus not occupying surface area, requiring no building construction, heating, or insulation.
2. The WSZ series sewage treatment equipment consists of two-stage tanks, made of steel structure, and coated with domestic interpenetrating network anti-corrosion paint. It forms an interpenetrating network polymer where rubber and plastic networks interpenetrate.
3. The A/O biological treatment process in the WSZ series sewage treatment equipment uses a plug-flow biological contact oxidation tank, which offers better treatment efficiency than mixed or two- or three-stage串联 mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. It is smaller in volume than activated sludge tanks, highly adaptable to water quality, resistant to impact, stable in effluent quality, and does not cause sludge bulking. Additionally, a new type of elastic立体 filler is used in the sludge contact oxidation tank, which has a large specific surface area, facilitates microbial biofilm attachment and detachment, and under the same organic load conditions, achieves higher organic matter removal rates than other fillers, while also increasing the solubility of oxygen in water.
4. Due to the use of biological contact oxidation tanks in the A/O biological treatment process, the filler's volume load is relatively low, and microorganisms are in the endogenous respiration phase, resulting in less sludge production. Moreover, the moisture content of sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that from activated sludge tanks. Therefore, the amount of sludge generated by the SQWSZ series treatment equipment is small, generally requiring sludge discharge only once every 180 days.
5. In addition to conventional blower noise reduction measures, the WSZ series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with new sound-absorbing materials on the inner walls of the blower room, reducing operational noise to below 50 decibels and minimizing impact on the surrounding environment.
6. The WSZ series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization facilities. It utilizes the upper space of the reinforced concrete structure tank to set up改良 soil and air distribution pipes. When malodorous components pass through the soil layer, they dissolve into the moisture contained in the soil and are subsequently adsorbed onto the soil surface or undergo chemical reactions, eventually being decomposed by microorganisms to achieve deodorization.
