PP Welded Grating

PP welded geogrid is a new type of environmentally friendly green building material, formed by reinforcing polyethylene and polypropylene stretching belts with enhanced fibers and welding them into a "#" shaped structure. It can be categorized into unidirectional and bidirectional adhesive-welded geogrids. This product offers high strength, minimal deformation, corrosion resistance, long service life, convenient and fast construction, and low cost. It lays flat and securely, particularly meeting the usage requirements of various engineering projects for over 100 years.

Features: PP welded geogrid exhibits high strength and low elongation (breaking elongation not exceeding 12%), with minimal creep deformation. The grid reinforces and stabilizes the foundation, enhances bearing capacity, reduces uneven settlement, and prevents the formation of soil failure surfaces. PP welded geogrid has good flexibility; even if cracks occur, the material maintains its performance due to the continuous dual-sided clamping of stretched and transverse rib belts.

Application Areas: It can be widely used in the reinforcement, stabilization, and strengthening of weak foundations in engineering projects such as highways, railways, bridge abutments, docks, slope protection, and slag yards, as well as in retaining walls and pavement anti-cracking projects.
