Product Advantages

The opening degree of the intake control valve determines the amount of intake air and serves as the actuator for air volume regulation. When the compressor starts, the intake control valve is in the closed position to reduce the starting load. When the program sends a loading signal, the solenoid valve is energized and actuated. At this point: the piston type directly opens the valve to enter the loading state, while the cylinder type supplies air through a small valve orifice to the cylinder, pushing the valve open to enter the loading state.

The swing check valve comes with a built-in counterweight and a fluororubber sealing ring. When the compressor starts, the main unit draws in air, and due to the pressure difference, the check valve opens quickly. When the compressor stops, after the pressure difference is lost, the check valve closes tightly and promptly under the control of the counterweight, ensuring no oil spillage during shutdown.

The opening and closing of the butterfly valve are controlled by the control cylinder. Depending on the extension length of the piston rod in the control cylinder, the butterfly valve opens or closes, thereby regulating the compressor's intake air volume.

Precautions

The opening and closing actions of the intake control valve are automatically controlled by the regulator system's controller and proportional control valve. The flexibility of these actions is crucial for the compressor's reliability. Therefore, the intake control valve should be regularly maintained to ensure good working condition. During maintenance, parts should be disassembled, and the wear on friction surfaces should be inspected. Special attention should be paid to the inspection and cleaning of cylinder or proportional control valve components. During reassembly, all parts should be cleaned thoroughly, and friction surfaces of metal parts should be lubricated.
