I. System Introduction:
The Children's Language Development Delay Assessment and Training System adopts a combined model of assessment and training, based on the Chinese version S-S Children's Language Development Delay Assessment Method developed by the China Rehabilitation Research Center according to the linguistic characteristics and culture of the Chinese language. It provides assessment of language abilities, covering three aspects: grammar, semantics, and language application. It sets qualification standards for each item and passing standards for each stage, and provides reference standards for which items normal children of various ages should pass. By comparing the test results of the subject with the reference standards, it identifies and determines whether a child has language development delay, the type and age stage of language development level, the degree of delay if present, which aspects of development are relatively better, and which are relatively poorer, among other detailed indicators. The assessment evaluates through three major modules: speech symbols, communication attitude, and basic processes. The system can accurately assess the actual age stage of a child's language development. Based on the assessment results, targeted training plans can be formulated for focused training and treatment. Through the assessment of the three major modules, the system can accurately evaluate the actual age stage of a child's language development. The assessment system breaks away from traditional assessment methods, transforming complex and cumbersome assessments into fast and convenient modular assessments.
II. System Functions:
1. File Creation and Management: Includes patient file creation, modification, and query, enabling the search, modification, deletion, and printing of assessment data, as well as the collection of children's portrait photos.
2. Children's Language Development Level Detection: Uses the S-S Children's Language Development Delay Assessment Method, mainly including three major assessment modules: symbolic form-indicative content relationship, communication attitude, and basic processes.
2.1 The symbolic form-indicative content relationship includes five stages:
Stage 1: Difficulty understanding things and situations.
Stage 2: Basic concepts of things. 2-1: Functional actions; 2-2: Matching; 2-3: Selection.
Stage 3: Symbols of things. 3-1: Gesture symbols (related symbols); 3-2: Speech symbols: child language (related symbols), adult language (arbitrary symbols).
Stage 4: Words and sentences, main sentence components. 4-1: Two-word sentences; 4-2: Three-word sentences.
Stage 5: Words and sentences, grammatical rules. 5-1: Word order; 5-2: Passive voice.

Intelligent Recommendation of Rehabilitation Training Plans Based on Assessment Results: After the patient completes the assessment, the system will automatically identify the child's weak areas and recommend targeted training content, more intelligently assisting doctors in customizing training plans for children.
★4. Complete Preservation of Assessment Process: The system automatically and completely records all previous assessment processes and can fully restore the child's past response records, preserving them long-term to facilitate doctors in accurately customizing rehabilitation training plans and reviewing the child's progress history.
5. Test Report Management: Multi-condition retrieval of the testee's test reports, including diagnostic results and analysis charts, summary of test results, individual test results, and comparison of past assessment data.

Ecological Teaching Platform: Users can customize and expand eight types of training resources used in rehabilitation training, including words, phrases, sentences, short texts, nursery rhyme music, games, and other extensions, through the ecological teaching platform. The operation is simple and flexible.
7. Rehabilitation Training
The system can intelligently recommend basic rehabilitation training plans based on assessment results. On this basis, rehabilitation therapists can select training content from a rich training resource library according to specific situations to formulate scientific and personalized training plans. Rehabilitation training includes four training modules: stage-based training, operational training, communication training, and extended reinforcement training (syllable training, reading training, writing training, calculation training).
7.1 Stage-based training consists of five stages:
• Stage 1: Through online and offline games, provide children with basic training guidance such as touching, grasping, picking up, knocking, and placing, as well as training guidance for object locations, object-person shapes, and mosaic boards.
• Stage 2: Mainly focuses on gesture symbol training, including situational gestures, object gestures, and promoting speech compliance.
• Stage 3: Mainly focuses on understanding and expression training of simple speech symbols, including multi-question type word understanding, expression, and vocabulary expansion training.
• Stage 4: Combines learning mode and training mode, including sentence training for two-word and three-word sentences.
• Stage 5: Mainly focuses on training sentence grammar and logical relationship abilities, using sentences with conjunctions and prepositions, and encouraging children to apply learned sentences in daily life.
★7.2 Extended reinforcement training includes pronunciation training, reading training, writing training, and calculation training.
• Pronunciation training: By real-time collection of the child's pronunciation and using automatic speech recognition technology, it determines whether the pronunciation is correct. Training content includes various types such as initials, finals, single characters, and two-word combinations, supporting automatic speech recognition.
• Reading training, writing training, calculation training: Mainly targeted at school-age and older children.
8. Training Records: Allows viewing of training items, training scores, accuracy rates for each training session, and complete training response records.
9. Full Media Feedback Records: The system can real-time record the testee's voice and video, fully recording various feedback from the testee.

IV. Scope of Application
Suitable for patients with language development delay, mental retardation, intellectual disability, autism, childhood acquired aphasia, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other language disorders. Can be used in rehabilitation departments of major hospitals, children's hospitals, rehabilitation institutions at all levels of the disabled persons' federation, special education institutions at all levels, and various children's rehabilitation training institutions.
