I. System Introduction:
The system is used for the assessment and training of aphasia patients. Aphasia assessment mainly includes: the ABC Chinese Aphasia Assessment System and the Language Disorder Assessment System of the China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC method).
ABC Chinese Aphasia Assessment: Developed by Professor Gao Surong of China and Professor D. Frank Benson, a renowned clinical aphasiologist from the Reed Neurological Research Center at the University of California, Los Angeles, referencing WAB and BDAE, and incorporating clinical experience. The simple clinical aphasia examination method was adapted into a simple Chinese aphasia examination method, widely used in China.
Language Disorder Assessment of the China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC method): Developed by the Language Therapy Department of the China Rehabilitation Research Center, referencing the Japanese Standard Aphasia Examination and tailored to the characteristics of the Chinese language.
The system is designed according to language development patterns, covering training in syllables, words, phrases, sentences, short passages, and expression at various stages. It includes training for unconscious communication awakening, conscious communication training, and expression and communication training for short sentences and passages. The training content is divided into multiple themes, containing a large number of vocabulary, sentences, and short passage materials, facilitating personalized teaching and training for patients.
II. System Functions:
The system consists of five major modules: system introduction, file management, file query, assessment screening, rehabilitation training, and an ecological open teaching platform.
1. File Management: Users can add, modify, delete, and query files.
2. File Query: Supports queries based on various criteria, including name, gender, age, examination date, and diagnosis results. It allows access to specific data for each patient's each session, providing strong support for scientific research and paper writing.
3. Assessment Screening: One of the core components of the system, it features a computer-based assessment model aligned with clinical use. It enables viewing of detailed responses and diagnostic records from past assessments and provides comparative reports of historical assessment records.
ABC Chinese Aphasia Assessment includes 10 parts: conversation, comprehension, repetition, naming, reading, writing, structure and space, application, calculation, and overall evaluation. Assessable aphasia types include: Wernicke's aphasia, transcortical sensory aphasia, anomic aphasia, conduction aphasia, Broca's aphasia, transcortical motor aphasia, mixed transcortical aphasia, global aphasia, thalamic aphasia, and basal ganglia aphasia.
Language Disorder Assessment of the China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC method) is divided into 9 major items: auditory comprehension, repetition, speaking, oral reading, reading comprehension, copying, description, dictation, and calculation. Assessable levels include:
(1) Level 6 (complete correct answer): Answered fluently.
(2) Level 5 (delayed correct answer): Slow but correct.
(3) Level 4 (incomplete correct answer): Answered within the time limit with minor errors.
(4) Level 3 (correct after prompting): Did not achieve responses like Levels 6, 5, or 4 but answered correctly after prompting.
(5) Level 2 (incomplete correct answer after prompting): Unable to answer correctly even after prompting, partially correct after prompting.
(6) Level 1 (incorrect answer): Did not reach Level 2 even after prompting.
4. Rehabilitation Training: Rehabilitation training is organically integrated with assessment screening. For each diagnosis, personalized rehabilitation prescriptions are generated through rehabilitation recommendations, making it more practical and tailored to each individual. It includes six major training items: auditory comprehension training, expression training, reading training, writing training, calculation training, and simple syllable training, totaling nearly 100 sub-training items. It implements comprehensive, multi-form, stimulating training for language disorders. Each training type supports multiple forms of stimulation, achieving a gradient of training stimulation to maximize patient recovery, identical to the training methods provided by senior rehabilitation therapists.
5. Multi-functional dual-screen and touch support: For different roles, separate screen controls with different functions and content are provided for therapists and patients, greatly facilitating operation and optimizing training effectiveness.
6. Intelligent voice broadcast and随时录制**: The system provides intelligent voice broadcast throughout. During assessment and training, audio and video recording can be performed at any time to capture the patient's voice feedback and dynamic images.
7. Full-process feedback capture function: The system records training feedback throughout, including training results, text, audio, images, video, and other forms.
8. Precise control of training tasks: When selecting training tasks, users can immediately view the historical status of tasks corresponding to the user, including training time and results, to determine whether to reuse the task, enabling precise control.
9. Training replay function: The system can replay the form and content of training as well as the user's training feedback for analysis or continuation of training.
10. Therapist assistant function: Allows training timing as needed and generates training templates based on common training methods.
11. Training library expansion function: The system's training library adopts an open structure, allowing users to expand it at any time.
12. Comprehensive user management: Enables precise control over different system functions to ensure authorized operation.
13. Built-in automatic data backup function: Automatically performs comprehensive data backups to ensure data security.
The system provides record reports at any time during the assessment process, facilitating on-site data recording.
