I. System Introduction
The system is suitable for individuals with cognitive dysfunction caused by various reasons, such as mental developmental disorders, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, pediatric organic brain damage, language disorders, hearing impairments, and other special populations.
Through the computer intelligent system, the measurement forms for cognitive disorder diagnosis are simplified, with results that are objective, standardized, and quantitative. The establishment of a large cognitive database ensures unified and objective standards for outputting test results. Cognitive assessment is accurate, objective, fast, and convenient, reducing the subjectivity of manual testing.
II. System Functions
The system consists of five major modules: System Introduction, File Management, Screening Assessment, Rehabilitation Training, and Ecological Teaching Platform.
1. System Introduction: Access to four functional areas: Cognition, Function Introduction, Disease Introduction, and Usage Instructions.
Function Introduction: Provides a high-level overview of the basic concepts, assessment methods, and rehabilitation training methods for nine cognitive abilities.
2. File Management: Includes file registration, file query, and data modification. The system can record detailed file information for each patient, including knowledge background and patient data. It offers multi-condition file queries, allowing access to specific data from each patient's sessions, providing strong support for scientific research and paper writing. Authorized users can modify any file data. Supports collection of children's portrait photos.
3. Automated Testing and Assessment: Instructions, sounds, text, and images are automated during the assessment process. Evaluates perceptual ability, attention ability, observation ability, memory ability, and thinking ability (reasoning ability). Assessment results are divided into level scores and functional item scores, displayed in report and histogram formats.
4. Assessment Methods: Includes comprehensive cognitive ability assessment and single cognitive ability assessment.
4.1. Comprehensive Cognitive Ability Assessment: Uses standardized scales, based on standard scale scoring, to accurately assess a child's current cognitive ability level. Includes three standardized scales: Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI-III), Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-III), and Hiskey-Nebraska Test of Learning Aptitude. Covers nine areas: perceptual ability, general knowledge, orientation ability, attention ability, executive ability, memory ability, calculation ability, classification ability, and reasoning ability.
4.2. Single Cognitive Ability Assessment: Focuses on four specific areas: perceptual ability, memory ability, attention ability, and reasoning ability.

5. Assessment Records: Multi-condition query of individual assessment records and report printing. Features the ability to replay previous assessment processes, facilitating the development of individualized, in-depth training plans. Includes visual charts and reports for comparing past assessments, enabling users to intuitively analyze training effectiveness.
6. Rehabilitation Training: Includes two modes: interactive games and fun Q&A.
6.1. Interactive Games: Contains over 50 games presented through voice, images, and animations, featuring intelligent voice recognition for interactive gameplay. Divided into three stages from easy to difficult: basic cognitive training, intermediate cognitive function training, and advanced cognitive function training:
(1) Basic Cognitive Training: Basic perceptual training (visual, auditory, shape perception, perception of physical quantities), object recognition training (orchard, vegetable garden, zoo, changing clothes, body parts, vehicles, daily necessities, kitchenware, food, poultry and livestock, household appliances, study and office supplies).
(2) Intermediate Cognitive Function Training: Attention training (attention stability, attention distribution, attention shifting), observation training (purposefulness, organization, comprehension, acuity), memory training (purposefulness of memory, rehearsal strategies, elaboration strategies, organization strategies).
(3) Advanced Cognitive Function Training: Classification ability training (categorization by perceptual features, function, and concept), reasoning ability training (transitive reasoning, sequential reasoning, analogical reasoning), time concept training (temporal sequence, duration, clock reading), spatial orientation concepts (up/down, front/back, left/right, inside/outside), number concept training (counting ability, number recognition, simple arithmetic).
6.2. Fun Q&A: Includes over 300 basic Q&A questions. Features voice broadcast and image display, with voice recognition implemented as needed by question type.
7. Rich Training Resources
To enhance children's engagement, rehabilitation training offers two modes: interactive games and fun Q&A. Dozens of interactive games, thousands of fun Q&A questions, and varying difficulty levels, totaling over 50 items, combined with voice broadcast and intelligent voice recognition technology, provide comprehensive training for nine abilities in children.
8. Intelligent Recommendation and Personalized Training Plans
Based on accurate diagnosis, the system offers intelligent recommendation of rehabilitation training plans. After assessment, by analyzing data such as the presence of cognitive impairments, ability deficits, severity, and personal age information, it assists therapists in developing personalized training plans. Therapists can use the training plan function to easily, flexibly, and precisely customize rehabilitation training content based on intelligent recommendations.
9. Data Storage: A robust data storage system capable of storing large amounts of assessment data for全程 monitoring of rehabilitation effectiveness: Accurately records users' assessment results at different times, allowing comparison before and after cognitive rehabilitation training, facilitating evaluation of training effectiveness and adjustment of cognitive rehabilitation plans.
10. Export Function: One-click export of student cognitive training and assessment reports for saving and printing, enabling teachers to keep track of student assessment and training progress in real time.
11. Role Allocation: Based on user roles, administrators and testers can be assigned. Each tester can have a unique username and password. Administrators can set different permissions for testers as needed.
