I. System Introduction
The system is suitable for individuals with cognitive dysfunction caused by various reasons, such as mental developmental disorders, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, pediatric organic brain damage, language disorders, hearing impairments, and other special populations.
Through the computer intelligent system, the measurement forms for cognitive disorder diagnosis are simplified, with results that are objective, standardized, and quantitative. The establishment of a large cognitive database ensures unified and objective standards for outputting test results. Cognitive assessment is accurate, objective, fast, and convenient, reducing the subjectivity of manual testing.
II. System Functions
The system consists of five major modules: System Introduction, File Management, Screening Assessment, Rehabilitation Training, and Ecological Teaching Platform.
1. System Introduction: Access to four functional areas: Cognition, Function Introduction, Disease Introduction, and Usage Instructions.
Function Introduction: Provides a high-level overview of the basic concepts, assessment methods, and rehabilitation training methods for nine cognitive abilities.
2. File Management: Includes file registration, file query, and data modification. The system can record detailed file information for each patient, including knowledge background and patient data. It offers multi-condition file queries, allowing access to specific data from each patient's sessions, providing strong support for scientific research and paper writing. Authorized users can modify any file data. Supports collection of children's portrait photos.
3. Automated Testing and Assessment: Instructions, sounds, text, and images are automated during the assessment process. Evaluates perceptual ability, attention ability, observation ability, memory ability, and thinking ability (reasoning ability). Assessment results are divided into level scores and functional item scores, displayed in report and histogram formats.
4. Assessment Methods: Includes comprehensive cognitive ability assessment and single cognitive ability assessment.
4.1. Comprehensive Cognitive Ability Assessment: Uses standardized scales, based on standard scale scoring, to accurately assess a child's current cognitive ability level. Includes three standardized scales: Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI-III), Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-III), and Hiskey-Nebraska Test of Learning Aptitude. Data Storage: A robust data storage system capable of storing large amounts of assessment data for全程 monitoring of rehabilitation effectiveness: Accurately records users' assessment results at different times, allowing comparison before and after cognitive rehabilitation training, facilitating evaluation of training effectiveness and adjustment of cognitive rehabilitation plans.
