Usage of Diamond Pattern Rubber Sheet:

Step 1: Use a rubber scraping machine to remove any residual or waste rubber from the roller.

Step 2: Use a specialized grinder/resin grinding disc to create a rough, rust-free surface on the metal roller. Then, lightly grind with a fiber disc, clean thoroughly with a brush, and apply a specialized cleaning agent. (If there is water on the surface before cleaning, dry it with an iodine-tungsten lamp.) Apply a thin, even coat of metal treatment agent to the ground roller surface and allow it to dry completely.

Step 3: Thoroughly mix the curing agent in the specified ratio, then apply a forceful and even coat of adhesive to the roller and allow it to dry. This adhesive layer must be completely dry and non-tacky to the touch.

Step 4: Apply a second coat of adhesive to the roller. Simultaneously, remove the protective film from the wear-resistant rubber sheet and apply a coat of adhesive to the CN layer of the sheet.

Step 5: When the adhesive is slightly tacky but does not stick to the back of the finger, begin pasting. First, use a 45mm compaction roller to press firmly, then use a 12/4mm compaction roller, and finally, strike forcefully with a rubber hammer.

Step 6: Trim the joints and edges.

Features of Semi-Vulcanized Diamond Pattern Rubber Sheet: Pre-grooved rubber sheet. Suitable for drive wheel rubber coating, it protects the roller surface from material adhesion and prevents misalignment, increasing the sliding friction coefficient. This reduces slippage between the roller and the conveyor belt, protects the roller from wear and corrosion, and prevents material buildup.

Softeners, plasticizers, and other processing aids provide the necessary processing properties, enhance cold resistance, and also help reduce costs. Antioxidants improve the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber, offering protection against various types of aging, thereby extending the service life of the rubber sheet.
