1. Ensuring Passage Safety: Covering the gaps between railway rails and sleepers to prevent vehicle tires from getting stuck in the tracks or pedestrians from tripping, while also preventing foreign objects from entering the tracks and affecting train operations.
2. Protecting Railway Equipment: Distributing the load of road vehicles to avoid direct pressure from heavy vehicles on rails and sleepers, reducing track deformation and wear, and extending the lifespan of railway equipment.
3. Improving Passage Efficiency: With a flat surface and high compressive strength, they support continuous passage of motorized and non-motorized vehicles, preventing traffic congestion caused by bumpy crossings.

II. Main Technical Features

- High-Strength Material: Made of C40 or higher-grade concrete, sometimes reinforced with steel mesh or fiber materials, with compressive strength ≥40 MPa and flexural strength ≥4.5 MPa, capable of bearing heavy truck loads (≥100 tons).
- Anti-Slip Design: The surface is often grooved or textured to increase the friction coefficient, preventing vehicle slippage during rainy or snowy conditions.
- Strong Adaptability: Customized based on railway gauge (e.g., standard gauge 1435 mm) and crossing width, ensuring precise fit with rails and sleepers, with reserved gaps for thermal expansion and contraction of tracks.
- High Durability: Resistant to freezing, seepage, and corrosion, suitable for outdoor environments (high temperatures, extreme cold, water immersion), with a design service life typically ≥15 years.

III. Applicable Scenarios

- Railway and highway level crossings (including rural roads, urban roads, and dedicated roads for factories and mines).
- Heavy-duty scenarios where rubber crossing panels are prohibited or restricted (e.g., mining areas, ports, logistics parks, and other areas with dense heavy vehicle traffic).
- Outdoor crossings with high requirements for durability and low maintenance costs (avoiding frequent replacement due to aging rubber panels).

1. Installation Requirements: Must be precisely aligned with railway tracks, leveled at the base with cement mortar, and gaps between panels and rails filled with elastic materials to prevent debris ingress and cushion vibrations.
2. Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the surface for cracks or chipping, and check if the gap filler has detached; damaged panels should be repaired or replaced promptly to prevent rainwater seepage and erosion of the track foundation.
