- Product Composition: Consists of an adjustment device, atomizing cleaner, belt pressing roller, tungsten carbide scraper cleaner, etc.
- Working Principle: Installed at the return section of the belt conveyor head, it removes adhered materials from the belt surface through steps such as atomizing cleaning, scraping, and dewatering, with regular automatic flushing. Wastewater is drained away by the sewage collection box.

Type B Return Belt Cleaning Device:

- Product Composition: Includes a box body, pressure roller group, water spray system, cleaning system, and drying system.
- Working Principle: When the belt conveyor starts, the cleaning device is interlocked with the belt conveyor signals. The return belt is pressed down to fully contact the water distribution softening roller and the cleaning system scraper. The water spray system sprays purified water to soften adhered materials, which are then removed by the cleaning system. Sludge and water are collected by the collection box and discharged through the spiral sewage discharge system.
