Return Belt Intelligent Cleaning System:

1. Intelligent remote/local operation: Upon receiving signals via solenoid valves, it automatically sprays and cleans the belt and the interior of the chamber, discharging wastewater into the drainage ditch.

2. The system is equipped with mining flameproof solenoid valves interlocked with the belt operation. Current transformers detect belt operation signals to open/close electrically controlled throttling ball valves, supplying water to each spray assembly. On-site power cables and control signal cables must be installed.

3. Operating conditions: When using fire-fighting sprinkler or industrial water, an open-circuit water filter must be configured. Coal slurry filtered wastewater must not be used.

(1)Water supply parameters: ≥0.25Mpa, water consumption 800L/H, adjustable on-site;

(2)Electric ball valve (voltage): DC12-24V/AC127V;

(3)Ball valve opening diameter: 20mm;

(4)Pre-filter: Material 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, DN20 interface;

(5)Adjustment seat components: 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material Tr screw rod, grade 12.9 high-strength bolts, EPDM rubber, electroplated spray spring.

4. The spray assembly of the belt cleaning chamber includes 3 sets of spray pipes, each connected with 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material quick couplings.

5. The main water supply pipeline uses steel pipes made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material with a wall thickness of 3mm. Branch connections use 16Mpa high-pressure explosion-proof flexible hoses with self-locking couplings. Fittings such as unions, tees, valves, threaded ends, and pipe clamps are all made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material.

6. The spray pipeline water supply unit adopts a double-return loop square design, fabricated with 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material fittings, and includes a 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material dual-stage valve backwash integrated filter.

7. Pipe sealing treatment: Apply sealant at quick-connect and threaded joints, followed by sealing tape to prevent any dripping or leakage.

8. Material cleaning group: Combines double TOP PLATE scrapers and polymer PU scrapers to perform three-stage cleaning of belt surface materials.

9. Polymer PU scraper dewatering unit: Flexible enough to closely follow the belt surface, removing residual moisture missed by the TOP PLATE scraper. The scraper is integrally cast with PU and dovetail groove aluminum frame for effective cleaning and easy replacement. The steel frame uses seamless tubes with 8mm wall thickness.

10. Dual-alloy T-type centrifugal cleaner: The entire scraper is arranged in a front-rear cross pattern, parallel and vertical to the steel frame. Single-row I-shaped segmented alloy scrapers or rear-hung cross scrapers are not allowed (I-shaped single-row scrapers tend to trap materials, and rear-hung frames have limited support). The adjustment seat uses electroplated spray steel springs for elastic tensioning and zinc-plated fixation. Scrapers and steel frame are parallel and vertical, with scrapers sliding into the same dovetail groove track (alumina material). Screw rods and fasteners are made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, each set requiring two 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 nuts with anti-loosening pins. The steel frame uses seamless tubes with 8mm wall thickness.

11. The conveyor belt cleaning chamber is made of 316L material, 4mm plate thickness, formed by bending and stamping, assembled with box-type tenons into a funnel shape. Welding of scattered steel plates is not allowed. All connection points use 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 material internal hex round bolts for a corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing finish.

12. The cleaning device chamber structure combines box-type and funnel designs. The side panels are box-type, securing fluid components and cleaner assemblies. It includes 3 maintenance doors: 2 for accessing cleaners and fluid fittings, and 1 for nozzle replacement. Door panels are made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 via bending and stamping, with compression-tight zinc alloy handles and 7mm thick 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 heavy-duty hinges.

13. The electrical control cabinet is made of stainless steel with double doors. The inner door panel features selector switches, indicator lights, and local control buttons. Electrical components are from reputable brands for long-term stable performance, with protection rating IP67.

14. The cleaner steel frame undergoes strict anti-corrosion treatment per industry standards: epoxy zinc-rich micaceous iron oxide primer, with metal fluorocarbon paint for intermediate and top coats.

15. The discharge roller is equipped with two-stage cleaners: a heavy-duty buffer cleaner and a dual-alloy T-type centrifugal cleaner.

The first-stage scraper of the belt return cleaning device uses polymer PU cast with an aluminum oxide frame, fixed with a single pin—no split scrapers. The steel frame is Q345 seamless square steel with modular telescopic rods on both sides, made from seamless round tubes with 8mm wall thickness. The elastic adjustment seat consists of an electroplated spray spring and EPDM shock-absorbing ring. The second-stage dual-alloy T-type centrifugal cleaner has T-shaped blades, 150mm per block, arranged in a front-rear cross pattern parallel and vertical to the steel frame for effective support against the belt surface. The blade combines polymer PU and TOP PLATE. Fixation avoids single-row I-shaped segmented alloy scrapers or rear-hung cross scrapers. Scrapers and steel frame are parallel and vertical, with scrapers sliding into the same dovetail groove track (alumina material). The steel frame is made of Q345 seamless square tube, 8mm wall thickness, for corrosion and fatigue resistance. The adjustment seat uses an electroplated spray spring and PU elastic seat for corrosion and fatigue resistance. Screw rods, nuts, and anti-loosening pins are 304 material. Polymer nylon composition; screw rods, nuts, and anti-loosening pins are 304 material.
