Laser cladding technology is a novel surface modification technique. Its working principle primarily involves using a high-energy laser beam to intensely heat localized areas or the surface of mechanical components. This melts the laser cladding material together with the mechanical surface, achieving rapid solidification and forming a metallurgically bonded cladding layer on the surface.
Laser cladding technology is mainly applied for surface modification of materials requiring high surface performance and for the repair of large machinery surfaces. It aims to achieve characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance on component surfaces, effectively extending machinery service life and reducing operational costs.

Highly corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys: The laser-clad surface is crack-free, maintains high corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 550°C, and is suitable for high-temperature corrosive environments under complex atmospheres. This product is ideal for protecting the inner walls of waste incinerators.
High-hardness nickel-based alloys: With a hardness of HRC 50~58, they are suitable for enhancing surface hardness of workpieces and offer excellent overall performance.
Medium-hardness nickel-based alloys: With a hardness of HRC 42~45, they are suitable for enhancing surface hardness of workpieces and offer excellent overall performance.
Highly wear-resistant iron-based ceramic composites: Exhibit outstanding surface wear resistance and are suitable for surface repair of large components such as mining machinery.
Highly wear-resistant nickel-based ceramic composites: The laser-clad surface is crack-free and possesses high-temperature wear resistance. It maintains good performance under high-temperature sliding and impact wear conditions up to 650°C. This product is suitable for high-temperature wear environments such as steel mill hot rolling workshops.
