The anode steel claw plays a conductive role in connecting the upper and lower parts of the aluminum electrolysis cell's anode. Lost Foam Casting Process Flow - White Mold

Assemble the prepared or purchased white molds according to the casting requirements, using cold glue or hot melt adhesive for bonding. Fill gaps with lost foam repair paste, apply coating, and dry. During this process, attention must be paid to details such as the density of the white mold, the application method of the glue, the usage of repair paste, the quality of the coating and its suitability for the casting, as well as the temperature and humidity of the drying room.
