5. How Does the Control System Work?
The intelligent management control system of the PCTGT series catering oil separation equipment uses a PCU microcontroller for control, with operational status displayed in Chinese. Its highlight is process interlocking control: it automatically activates the debris removal machine, oil discharge device, heating system, and drainage system based on treatment demands, avoiding wastage of electrical resources. The system employs highly sensitive magnetic liquid level sensing devices and features multi-point monitoring, automatic alarms, overload and short-circuit protection, remote signal transmission (BA interface), and pump dry-run protection.

2. Secondary Sludge Discharge Device: Specially designed sludge hopper with a volume matching trash bins, allowing sludge to be fully discharged into the sludge bucket below for easier sludge removal and more convenient bucket transportation.
3. Tertiary Sludge Discharge Device: To prevent sludge from entering the oil-water separation area due to delayed secondary sludge discharge, a tertiary conical sludge collection and discharge device is installed, eliminating potential safety hazards and ensuring safe, fault-free operation.
4. Quaternary Oil-Water Separation Device: A corridor-style hydraulic model structure increases the water flow path length by three times compared to traditional equipment. It prevents the formation of a main flow channel during both peak and low drainage periods, ensuring oil-water retention time and flow rate. The device also includes an automatic constant-temperature system.
5. Automatic Sewage Discharge Device: After separation, sewage is directed into the sewage lifting tank via a water flow guidance device. When the sewage level rises to the high liquid level, the pump automatically starts for drainage; when the level drops to the low point, the lifting pump activates. For built-in lifting pumps, submersible sewage pumps are used; for external designs, vertical dry-type sewage pumps are employed.
