Technical Standards for Sewage Ejector Manufacturers

(1) Number of pumps in the unit: 2

(2) Liquid level control method: Uses liquid level float switches;

(3) Motor performance: Protection class: IP68, Insulation class: F;

(4) Electrical parameters: Operating voltage: 380V±10%, Operating frequency: 50Hz±5%;

(5) Outlet form: Vertical flange interface;

(6) Non-clogging: Equipped with a solid-liquid separation device; the pump impeller does not come into contact with debris, preventing entanglement and clogging, thereby extending its service life;

(7) Pollution-free: The tank features a fully sealed movable top cover design, storing and discharging sewage in a sealed state without overflow or odor;

(8) Sediment-free and maintenance-free: Unique backwash device effectively flushes sediments in the tank at any time, ensuring automatic cleanliness, no sediment accumulation, and eliminating the need for routine cleaning;

(9) Control method: In addition to automatic control via liquid level float switches, it also includes an audible and visual alarm for over-limit water levels, and manual/automatic operation functions;

(10) Equipment configuration: Includes the tank body, pumps, discharge pipes, rubber seals, fasteners, discharge pipes and fittings, check valves, intelligent control box, base, and accessories;

(11) The equipment tank is made of PE engineering plastic, with a wall and base thickness of 2mm; the tank cover, for ease of maintenance and inspection, is 1.5mm thick and comes with handles and latches for convenient access;

(12) The equipment's inlet and outlet pipes, check valves, solid-liquid separation device, safety devices, etc., are made of 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance; bolts are also made of 304 stainless steel, and the base is treated with carbon steel anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating;

(13) Control system: Features operational status indicators and fault alarms*, enabling unmanned, automatic operation, remote control, and integration with the building automation system for monitoring and controlling equipment status;

(14) Equipment assembly requirements: Welded parts and installation weld seams must be firm, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, free from defects such as false welds or leaks; weld slag and flux residue must be thoroughly cleaned. All connection points should be secure and reliable, with fasteners free from looseness; pipes, electrical components, and wiring should be neatly and reasonably arranged;

(15) Installation method: Can be installed on the ground floor of underground levels or in pits.

Integrated sewage lifting equipment generally consists of a collection tank, pumps, and electrical control accessories. The collection tank is typically made of high-density polyethylene, though stainless steel is also used.

Sewage lifting equipment is integrated, eliminating the need for extensive civil engineering and waterproof sealing measures, thereby reducing construction costs.

Traditional sewage equipment consists of an indoor sump and submersible pumps, often plagued by odors and difficult cleaning. In contrast, modern sewage lifting equipment can be placed indoors or outdoors, as it is odor-free due to sealed connections. Utilizing a solid-liquid separator and backwash design principle, it separates debris from sewage, eliminating pump clogging and debris accumulation issues. The slag discharge and check valve design employs hard sealing, and the entire equipment body is made of 304 stainless steel for durability. The electrical control uses PLC for comprehensive automatic discharge and rotation, enabling fully unmanned operation after deployment.

Sewage ejectors are primarily used for lifting low-level sewage. Typically, sewage below the municipal sewer network or in low-lying areas cannot rely on gravity to flow into the underground sewer system. Exlift sewage ejectors collect, store, and lift this sewage to the municipal sewer network. Based on sealed, clean, flexible, and efficient storage and lifting technology, they are equipped with various pump combinations, allowing users to customize input and output interfaces in any direction to meet diverse functional and application requirements.
