The PCTGY series integrated oil-water separation and lifting equipment is a new generation of integrated oil-water separation equipment independently developed by the technical team of Shanghai Erxi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Based on the characteristics of domestic catering wastewater, it utilizes internationally advanced oil-water separation technology, integrating a slag removal system, automatic oil removal system, and sewage lifting system. The integrated structural design ensures a novel appearance and stable operation. The upper cone and lower chamber treatment tank can quickly and efficiently separate grease and sediment particles while automatically discharging grease. The electric heating device effectively solves the issue of discharging easily congealed grease, making oil-water separation more efficient and equipment operation more stable. It is an ideal solution for catering wastewater treatment.

Kitchen waste should be handed over to specialized treatment units for processing. It is strictly prohibited to process waste edible oils (including gutter oil) for reuse as cooking oil, directly use kitchen waste to feed livestock and fish, or produce fertilizers from untreated kitchen waste.
