Fully Automatic Oil-Water Separator for Restaurants and Hotels

Composed of five parts: slag removal area (optional manual basket or fully automatic slag removal machine), temperature-controlled heating, automatic oil removal, grease stirring, advanced filtration treatment, and sewage lifting functions. It can be configured and combined according to user requirements.
When kitchen oily wastewater flows into the equipment's isolation zone, the basket automatically intercepts solid suspended impurities in the sewage (such as vegetable leaves, rice, broken bones, etc.). When the basket is two-thirds full, it is emptied into a collection bucket (provided by the user). For equipment equipped with an automatic slag removal machine, impurities are automatically discharged into the collection bucket. After slag removal, the sewage enters the slag removal area where larger impurities are removed. Smaller impurities mixed in the sewage naturally settle into the sand settling hopper at the bottom and are discharged through the drain pipe (commonly known as secondary sludge discharge). Then, the sewage enters the oil separation zone, where the inlet and outlet water pressure, the specific gravity of oil and water, and the carefully designed oil skimmer and turbulence device allow the oil to naturally separate and float to the top. Users can observe the internal waste oil situation through the oil window sight glass on the oil collector at the top of the equipment. If the amount of waste oil is large, the oil can be discharged into the collection bucket via the oil discharge valve located here. The collection bucket should be regularly cleaned or replaced by designated personnel. Fine particles or sediment flowing into the oil-water separation zone with the water flow settle into the sand settling hopper at the bottom under gravity and are discharged through the drain pipe.

In winter or at lower temperatures, to prevent the separated oil from solidifying, the system is equipped with heating (intelligent temperature control) and stirring devices at the upper end of the oil collector. When the temperature is low (below the initial set temperature), the temperature sensor sends a heating signal and automatically heats to prevent the oil from solidifying, making it easier to discharge.
After removing the floating oil, the sewage enters the advanced filtration zone (optional) through the turbulence plate. At this point, the sewage contains a small amount of water-soluble oil, suspended oil, and particles. Through the filtration and decomposition of the biochemical filter element, the final separation of water, oil, and residue is achieved. The sewage flows upward from the bottom of the treatment filter element, layer by layer. During this process, the sewage is introduced through the water inlet holes of each filter layer.

The structural design of the filter element, which increases the surface area and extends the length of the interception weir, ensures a very slow flow rate of sewage. At the same time, through the blocking effect of the fine gaps between each chip, fine residue particles wrapped in oil are intercepted and filtered. The sewage then collects from the overflow outlets of each chip into the water outlet channel and flows out through the filter outlet to the sewage lifting pool.

The sewage lift pump (one standby, one active) automatically discharges to the municipal pipe network under the control of the intelligent system. In this way, the oily sewage undergoes continuous treatment, removing floating oil and settled residue, filtering suspended particles, and ultimately achieving the goal of three-phase separation of oil, water, and residue.
