1. Brief Introduction

The Exlift500 series sewage lifters are integrated sewage treatment systems designed by Erxi for large buildings such as grand villas, large shopping malls, airports, and subway stations. They collect, store, and lift sewage, and can be used to gather liquid waste from toilets, showers, sinks, washing machines, etc., and pump it to the main sewage system.
The Exlift500 sewage lifter is equipped with a 500L collection tank, multiple inlet ports, two water pumps, automatic coupling installation, a standard spherical check valve, low noise, and an exceptionally compact structure, making it suitable for use in narrow spaces.
The Exlift500 series sewage lifters can be configured with cutting-type pumps featuring independent cutting devices, which shred long fibrous impurities before pumping them into the main sewage pipeline.
The Exlift500 series sewage lifters can be equipped with an intelligent controller to ensure the safe operation of the system. The intelligent controller includes a BA remote alarm interface and an optional R485 remote communication interface.
The Exlift500 series sewage lifters can be configured with an auxiliary pump to transport accumulated water outside the tank into the tank.
The Exlift500 sewage lifter has an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for use in environments with submersion risks. The ECP intelligent controller has an IP54 protection rating and must be installed in well-ventilated areas free from flooding risks.
