The stainless steel grease interceptor is a new, fully automatic oil-water separation device developed by our company based on years of research and innovation, building upon traditional oil-water separation tanks. It can recover and reuse over 95% of waste oil, and the oil content in the effluent can meet the secondary standard (15mg/L) of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996). This not only effectively protects the environment but also significantly saves operational costs. This product is widely applicable for the separation of oil from water containing various mineral oils (except crude oil), vegetable oils, animal oils, or their mixtures. It is suitable for treating oily wastewater generated in places such as restaurants, factories, hospitals, schools, government units, auto repair shops, machinery repair shops, gas stations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can effectively address environmental pollution and prevent sewer blockages and wastewater overflow caused by solidified grease during cold seasons.
Working Principle
This product is a "five-stage" non-powered oil-water separation device. Through a specially installed inclined plate sedimentation mechanism, when oily wastewater flows into the first stage, a debris screen intercepts solid impurities (such as vegetable leaves, food residues, etc.). Upon entering the second stage, the kinetic energy of the water flow causes continuous collisions, gradually enlarging oil droplets and accelerating their movement, enabling the separation and stratification of oils with different specific gravities. In the third stage, the wastewater undergoes turbulent flow downward along the inclined tubes, utilizing density differences to achieve oil-water separation. Finally, the water flows out through the overflow weir and is collected and discharged via the outlet pipe. Meanwhile, oil droplets in the water gather along the upper surface of the inclined tubes, float into the grease interceptor tank, and are then collected and removed by an oil collection pipe or manually.

Scope of Application
1. Suitable for treating oily wastewater from hotels, restaurants, public canteens, and household kitchens.
2. Also applicable for oil-water separation in various industrial oily wastewater scenarios, including oil fields, petrochemicals, oil refining, oil and fat production; oil depots and docks; shipbuilding and repair (dismantling) industries; maritime and inland shipping; metallurgy (iron and steel), machinery (automobiles, tractors) processing and manufacturing; wool spinning, leather tanning, food processing, meat processing (slaughterhouses), and more.
Equipment Installation Requirements
1. For above-ground installation, ensure the ground is level.
2. For underground installation, a plain concrete cushion with a thickness of no less than 10 cm is required, with an area no smaller than the base area of the equipment.
3. The equipment cover can bear a load of 100 kg. If vehicle traffic is expected, additional design considerations are necessary.
4. Other aspects should comply with relevant civil engineering, structural, and equipment installation standards.
