Features of Restaurant Grease Interceptors

(I) Structural Features

The grease interceptor is designed as a box structure that can be buried underground or installed above ground. After opening the anti-slip cover, wastewater flows into the residue collection chamber, where solid materials are retained. The wastewater then passes under the partition into the grease collection chamber, where a large amount of grease floats to the surface due to gravity separation. The de-oiled wastewater flows under another partition into the grease collection chamber for further separation, allowing additional grease to rise to the surface. The de-oiled wastewater then enters the clean water sampling chamber, which complies with the unified standards set by the National Environmental Protection Agency, facilitating sampling before being discharged through the outlet pipe.

The entire grease interceptor is meticulously designed, compact, and constructed from stainless steel and fiberglass.
